Cancellation Policy – Jabula Getaways
- Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- If a guest cancels less than 5 days before check-in, no refund will be applicable.
- If a guest cancels after check-in, no refund will be applicable for any nights, including the remaining unused nights.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Early check-out will follow the same rule as cancellation after check-in.
- Bookings made on special promotional or discounted non-refundable rates are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable.
- Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment required to confirm booking.
- Balance amount payable before or at check-in.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.
- Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 1:00 PM onwards
- Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM sharp
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Early check-in before 10AM 50% of one night’s tariff
Late check-out till 2:00PM 50% of one night’s tariff
Late check-out after 2:00PM 100% of one night’s tariff
- Guest Identification Policy
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in:
- Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID
- Foreign Nationals: Passport and valid Visa
PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID.
- House Rules & Additional Charges
- Parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (if applicable).
- Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.
- Extra Guests: Occupancy limits must be strictly followed, beyond the booked number, Rs 1000/person per night.
- Extra Cleaning Fee: Rs 1500 if the property is left extensively dirty (eg food waste, stains, party message etc)
- Damages/Breakages: Charged at actual replacement or repair cost.
- Unapproved Pets (if brought): Rs 2500 penalty+ cleaning charges.
- Switch off all lights, ACs, fans, geysers and taps when not in use.
- Dispose the thrash responsibility- keep the villa clean during your stay.
- Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Force Majeure
Jabula Getaways shall not be liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Prohibited activities
Illegal activities, Drugs or weapons are strictly prohibited.
Unlawful gatherings or commercial shoots without prior approval are not allowed.
- Children and safety
Parents/Guardians are fully responsible for children’s safety.
Please supervise kids around stairs, balconies and outdoor areas.
Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. Jabula Getaways and its management shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property.
